After the brainwashing was stopped, the Final Killing Game was played. This time, Kazuo Tengan was the Ultimate Despair, who was actually the brainwashed chairmain of the Future Foundation. The entry point of Despair was inside the Ultimate Academy and Chisa, the brainwashed chairmain of the Future Foundation, was targeted as the next to die. However, Kyosuke's killing of the chairmain who was in charge of brainwashing the world put an end to Kazuo's plan, which led to the remaining students winning the Final Killing Game as well as saving humanity.

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Password

The game may seem like a shameless cash grab and a copy-and-paste from the previous games, but the fact is that isnt the case. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony isnt as deep or clever as the original Danganronpa, and it doesnt have the strong narrative elements of the second game, but it delivers on all the other levels. Its certainly a solid, memorable, and satisfying finale, but it serves mostly as a completely unnecessary and unintentional tie-in to the original Danganronpa series.

The secret password in Danganronpa V3 is meant to be discovered when all hope seems lost. As a result, the Remnants Despair appears and many of the students are corrupted by despair. This provides a unique final battle that serves as a nice bookend to the main story, and the trial style experience is less broken than it was in the previous two games. Some of the minigames are very similar to those of Danganronpa 1 and 2, but they are enjoyable enough to the point where they dont get boring, with an added bonus of providing a boost to the story elements.
